A growing family

Both Bre and I got the flu. Isn't it too late in the season for the flu? My carpet wishes it were. I hate cleaning puke. Especially after she had red juicy juice.

Kill me now.

We got a chocolate lab! Her name is Misty and she is so cute. she is just about 9 weeks old and so super cute.

we are going to crate train her. I am a bit worried because I have never crate trained a dog before. She is doing really well already. I am trying to teach her not to jump on Bre. Bre really likes her!

Kevin had the day off today so we spent it at the part. It was such a great time. We brought all kinds of fun stuff to have at our picnic. Bre got to pet a gorgeous dog that came up to steal our food. I wish I would have asked the breed. It was huge and a rusty color. Kind of like a golden retriever but not the same. I make no sence lol

Seeing Bre with the dog made Kevin and I decide maybe we should get one. It is a perfect time to train one and it will be big enough when the baby would be born. We are going to go look at breeders tomorrow! Kevin really wants a lab. So we settled on a chocolate lab I think. We are going to look at some shepherds too and I think she also breeds huskys. Those are gorgeous.

My period will not end. Just when I think it is gone it comes back in full force. This is going longer than normal. i will have to call the Dr if it doesn't get better soon. WHen I was at the part I felt the knowing gush and was running for the little out house thing. Luckily I was prepared.

I will update on the dog tomorrow when we go.

I was really thinking this would be the month. The month that we were successful with our TTC efforts. I was wrong. I am so depressed about this. I wouldn't have thought it would be so depressing. I think i am going to cuddle with Bre and watch some silly movies. Maybe we will order in some fattening food too.

I feel like I am giving up so much for nothing. No more daquiris, no more bad food, no more occasional smoke when I go out. Hell, I don't even get to go out now!!

Breanna had to go to the ER tonight. Somehow she found one of Kevin's work knives and cut herself. I am racking my brain about how she got to the knife. He always hides them well! THe only thing we can figure is that she stashed the one that went missing a few months ago and found her hiding spot.

She cut her palm pretty well and Diane (my nurse neighbor) said she needed to get to the ER for possible stitches. The just used liquid stitches so I was relieved there.

I feel like the worst mom ever :(

I decided to try and get back into LJing now that we are TTC our second child. I found some great resources here thanks to my cousin Dana! Awesome!

It has only been a few months of TTC and it is already so frusterating. It sucks to have to wait. With Breanna I wasn't trying so I found out at about 12 weeks and was just ecstatic. I can't wait to feel that elation again when I get another positive test.

I just ordered a ton of ovulation predictors and pregnancy tests from ebay. They are little strips and I hope they work. They were cheap so I wont be too dissapointed if they don't make a miracle. At least I will know when to tell Kevin it is time for the marathon sex!

I called Dr. Amy this morning and set up a pre-pregnancy exam. She is going to make sure I am in good health I guess. She called in a prenatal prescription and told me to take some extra folic acid too.

Breanna is doing amazing! I can't believe she will be two next month. She was 29lbs and 33 inches tall at her last appt. She has developed some allergies and we had to get her on some nasal spray. poor baby.

Well. I think that is all! Kevin is going to take me out to dinner and to look at a new car tonight!! I am excited about getting a brand new car. I have never had one before and really want to get something cute. Must go!

I barely have time to be on here these days. It's not like it matters anyway. I never could get into this stupid blogging thing. I think I am going to neglect this thing for awhile while we are moving! I just don't have time and am not sure when I will get the internet back on. Hey everyone! Breanna Renee has been born!

She arrived a few days early! Labor was indused due to some horrible blood pressure issues. It was really super scary!

Here are her stats:

7lbs 2oz
20.5 inches
8 and 9 APGAR

Kevin won't let me post pictures. Maybe I will sneak one on!

I have been having a lot of contractions today! I really hope this little girl is about to come. I would be really happy if I don't go over me due date. The dr said if I dont have her by the 22nd he will induse me. I am all about that. GET HER OUT!!!

We are still not sure on a name. Kevin really wants to name her Alysandra or something (not sure how he would spell it) I want to name her Brenna.

Send me some labor vibes please!
